Quarterly Results Capture:

All PEPFAR-funded partners are required to report on a quarterly basis by district, using one consolidated reporting template that will be available on the Data Warehouse. Site-specific partners supporting ART and related activities will continue to report at the site level as usual while all other partners are to report at district level.

NHLS Results Hotline 0860 737 858 is dedicated to providing results nationally for HIV Viral Load, HIV DNA PCR & CD4 to Doctors and Medical Practitioners.For more information click on 2011 Results Hotline.

Q1 2012 Quarterly Form:

  • Q1 2012 Capture will take place on the new PIMS system. Follow the link: pims.sharing.org.za
  • The Q1 2012 form will be available for capture from Monday 5 March 2012 at 8am.
  • Submission due date is Friday 16 March 2012, following verification and amendments, forms will be locked on Monday 26 March 2012.
  • A Q1 2012 sample form is available for download under the Documents link on the new PIMS system.
