Implementing partners will need to nominate their capture personnel to gain access.
Existing logins can be used or new members can be registered.

Quarterly Results Capture:

All PEPFAR-funded partners are required to report on a quarterly basis by district, using one consolidated reporting template that will be available on the Data Warehouse. Site-specific partners supporting ART and related activities will continue to report at the site level as usual while all other partners are to report at district level.

The NHLS Results Hotline:

NHLS Results Hotline 0860 737 858 is dedicated to providing results nationally for HIV Viral Load, HIV DNA PCR & CD4 to Doctors and Medical Practitioners.For more information click on 2011 Results Hotline.

Q1 2012 Quarterly Form:

  • The Q1 2012 form will be finalized by the end of Jan 2012 and capture will take place on the new PIMS system.
  • Communication and guidance to follow re capture on PIMS (very similar to the DW form capture).
  • Communication will be sent out in due course to partners regarding the Q1 form layout and the dates for capture, submission and form locking.
